The Korean towing model separates simple towing from accident rescue. Towing fare starts from the statutory class table for the first 10 km, then adds the per-kilometer amount over that distance. Accident rescue adds equipment charges such as crane, winch, under-body work, dolly, and safety measures only when the work type is rescue.

Surcharges are applied to towing and rescue work before storage. The source model applies a 30 percent night surcharge, 30 percent holiday surcharge, and 10 percent highway or motor-road surcharge. VAT 10 percent is added when the input asks for VAT-inclusive billing.
