Sclerotherapy uses KRW 100,000 as the covered examination or partial covered component and KRW 400,000 as the non-covered base per session. Ambulatory phlebectomy uses KRW 1,200,000 as the covered full fee, and stripping uses KRW 1,500,000.

Newer vein-closure technologies are modeled as non-covered procedure fees per leg: EVLA laser closure uses KRW 2,500,000, RFA uses KRW 2,800,000, VenaSeal uses KRW 3,800,000, and Clarivein uses KRW 3,300,000.

Reflux confirmation and admission
