Daily Amount and Interest

For detention compensation, the user selects a multiplier inside the allowable range used by the model. The selected daily amount is multiplied by detention days, while minimum and maximum amounts show the range.

For fine compensation, the model adds interest from the fine payment date to the decision date. This prevents a paid fine from being treated as only nominal principal after a later acquittal or retrial result.

Why does the venue change for suspect compensation?

Suspect compensation uses a prosecutor-side review committee route, while post-acquittal court compensation is tied to the court route.
