  • Real estate registration license tax is 0.2 percent of claim amount, and local education tax is 20 percent of registration license tax.
  • Supreme Court revenue stamp for registration is KRW 3,000 per property.
  • Auction service formula uses interested parties plus 3, multiplied by 10 rounds.
  • Claim seizure service formula uses two rounds per party, and seizure plus collection or assignment order stamps are each KRW 2,000.
