Egg Freezing Cost Calculator

Egg Freezing Cost Calculator helps estimate Korea-related infertility, egg freezing, childbirth, postpartum, cord blood, voucher, and delivery cost scenarios in English.

Egg freezing cost calculator

This page follows the Korean egg-freezing guide for social egg freezing, medical fertility preservation, region, age, AMH, retrieval rounds, eggs per round, storage years, residence and income conditions, subsidy cap, and future IVF use.

Procedure cost base

Egg-freezing pre-test is KRW 300,000 in the Korean source. Stimulation is KRW 1,500,000, retrieval and anesthesia are modeled separately, and freezing cost scales with the number of eggs per round.

Storage cost is calculated by storage years and regional multiplier. The result therefore separates procedure cost total, storage cost, gross total, and actual burden after subsidy.

Subsidy eligibility

Egg freezing subsidy is 50 percent capped at KRW 2,000,000 for eligible social egg freezing in the modeled local-support path. Medical fertility preservation uses a different support path and cap, so reason selection changes the subsidy program.

The eligibility checklist includes age, residence period, income condition, AMH threshold, and whether the region runs the support program. AMH can be a check-needed item rather than a simple yes or no.

Outcome planning

The calculator compares total eggs with the recommended egg count by age and shows an achievement percentage. Future embryo-transfer use can be included when the user wants a broader fertility-cost plan.

Use the estimate with an actual fertility clinic quote, AMH result, stimulation protocol, retrieval count, lab fee, storage contract, and local-government notice.
