Procedure and device fees

Coiling uses KRW 4,500,000 as the covered procedure fee before coil materials. Stent-assisted coiling uses KRW 5,500,000 plus KRW 4,000,000 for the intracranial stent. Flow diverter uses KRW 6,000,000 plus KRW 9,000,000 for the dedicated device.

Clipping surgery uses KRW 7,000,000 as the covered procedure fee plus KRW 600,000 for clip material. The default coil count is 8, and rupture status changes ICU and general ward defaults.

Rupture and special-case handling

Cerebrovascular special-case registration uses a 5 percent copay in the source model. Ordinary inpatient copay is 20 percent. The model also applies the 2026 income-decile copay ceiling and private indemnity generation rules.

Ruptured aneurysm or SAH increases the admission and severe-care profile. Other non-covered follow-up tests or special materials can be entered separately rather than hidden inside the covered procedure fee.
