Plastic surgery cost calculator

This page follows the Korean plastic-surgery cost guide for eye, nose, contouring, liposuction, breast, facelift, fat grafting, and other surgery; anesthesia; hospital type; region; additional costs; VAT; revision risk; recovery; and value score.

Base surgery and anesthesia

Double-eyelid burial surgery uses KRW 500,000 to KRW 1,500,000 in the Korean source. Incision double eyelid, ptosis correction, canthoplasty, lower blepharoplasty, and under-eye fat repositioning each have separate ranges.

General anesthesia adds KRW 800,000 to KRW 1,500,000 in the guide context, while the calculator applies the Korean source anesthesia cost table by selected anesthesia type. Category changes also reset the default anesthesia assumption.

Provider, region, VAT, and extras

University hospitals, large brand clinics, medium specialist clinics, and franchise clinics apply different price indexes. Seoul Gangnam or Seocho uses a different regional index from other Seoul, Gyeonggi, metropolitan, and rural areas.

Additional exam, hospitalization, medication, accessory, combined-surgery discount, and VAT lines are explicit. Revision risk can be included as an expected-risk cost rather than hidden inside the base surgery fee.

Recovery and tax caution

The result includes recovery information, value score, hospital comparisons, surgery comparisons, warning text, and tax-deductibility note. Most cosmetic surgery is not treated like ordinary medical expense, so tax handling must be checked against the actual indication.

Use the estimate with the surgeon quotation, anesthesia plan, implant or material selection, revision history, pre-op testing, aftercare package, and refund or revision policy.
